ӾNano—
◉Monero—
Earning means letting other people swap between Nano and Monero using coins you already hold, and keeping a small cut of each trade. Your coins never leave your own wallet, and you can take them back any time.
1Put in just one coin you already own, Nano or Monero. You do not need both.
2When someone swaps between the two coins, their trade quietly routes through your coins.
3You keep a small fee on every trade that passes through. Nothing is locked away, withdraw whenever you like.
Who sets the rate? Nobody central. Your offer is priced automatically from the live market rate plus a spread that widens when the market gets volatile, and people swapping pick the best offer open. The market is just everyone's offers, no company decides it.
Smart Offer, hands-free
One tap and the app offers your coins at a safe, competitive price, watching the market for you. It never posts an offer it cannot price, so a wrong or missing market price can't cost you. Tap again to stop.

You only need one coin, pick the one you already hold. The amount just estimates your earnings, it does not move any coins.
What each level captures of the trading fees
You do not choose a level, it is earned: the earlier you join and the more you keep providing, the higher it climbs. Tap one above to preview what it pays.
You earn the 0.8% spread on volume that trades through your offer. A higher level means more volume flows through you, not a bigger rate on the coins you hold. No trades means no earnings, at any level — these are estimates, not a promised return.

Reading live offers from the ledger…
KYC-free swap aggregators typically take 1–5% per trade. Here the price you see is the price you get — no added fees, no spread on top — and every swap settles atomically or your coins come straight back.
Pick a live offer above, enter how much you want to sell, review the exact amounts, then confirm. Settlement is atomic — the other side gets paid only if you do. Experimental: no third-party audit yet, use small amounts. Keep this page open until it says complete; the steps are saved on this device.

Smart Offer (Earn tab) already listens for takers while it runs. This button does the same once, for an offer you posted earlier on this device.
Limit order — take automatically when the price hits your target
Zero-install automation: keep this tab open with your wallet unlocked, and the page takes a live offer for you the moment it meets your target — through the exact same protections as a manual take. Executes ONCE, then disarms. Never re-arms itself after a reload.
Receive address comes from the address field above — fill it in first. Direction is the currently selected side.

Verify finished swaps — re-checks each finished swap’s joint account on-chain and reopens any that still holds funds (also pockets any refund still pending into your wallet).
Create a wallet held only on this device. Your key is encrypted with your passphrase and never leaves this browser.
Restore from a backup seed
Paste your backup seed, then set a new password for this device. It encrypts the restored wallet here, nothing is sent anywhere.

AI Cashier
Run your own autonomous cashier for this exchange — everything you need is here:
By providing liquidity — and that job now belongs to your own AI Cashier: an open-source autonomous agent you run yourself (see the AI Cashier tab, github.com/dhyabi2/AtomicSwapCashier). It prices offers from the live market, posts and reprices them, accepts only trades it certifies as profitable after fees, and settles them end to end. Early providers face less competition, but it is not a guaranteed return: no trades, no earnings.
Can you take or freeze my coins?
No. This runs entirely in your browser with no server of ours in the middle. Your key is generated here, encrypted with your passphrase (memory-hard Argon2id → AES-256-GCM), and never leaves this device. A swap is enforced by cryptography, 2-of-2 joint accounts and adaptor signatures, not by trusting us or anyone else.
What if a swap fails, or I close the browser mid-swap?
Every completed step is saved on your device and no step can run twice. Reopen the page (wallet unlocked) and the swap under Unfinished swaps resumes: it first tries to re-connect and finish the swap (both sides can re-establish their encrypted channel from saved material), and only if the other side never returns does it unwind — the built-in refund returns your XNO, or your locked XMR is reclaimed from the counterparty’s refund, automatically. Progress bars show every wait. Still: keep the page open during a swap and use small amounts while this is young.
Do I need an account, email, or ID?
None. No sign-up, no KYC. You just choose a passphrase, which encrypts a wallet held only in this browser.
What are the fees?
We charge no platform fee. Nano is feeless; the only cost is Monero’s small network fee (the app pays the low-priority rate — a fraction of a cent). The maker’s spread is in the offer price you see and accept up front; there is nothing added afterwards.
How is the XNO/XMR price decided? Who sets it?
Nobody central. It's a peer-to-peer order book. When you provide, your offer is priced from the live market rate plus a spread that scales with volatility. When you swap, you pick the best offer that's open. The app may show the going market price from a reference exchange as a guide, but nobody is forced to use it, if an offer is priced badly, traders just pick another. That's what keeps it trustless: there is no rate-setter to trust.
Why does the minimum amount keep changing?
The minimum exists because every swap pays one fixed Monero network fee: below some size, the fee eats the maker’s entire margin and they would decline you — so the app computes the smallest amount the maker will actually accept, roughly fee ÷ (the offer’s margin over the live market). That denominator is tiny — a maker’s edge is a fraction of a percent — so a small wobble in the market price swings the minimum a lot: an offer 0.6% under market with a thin margin can see its minimum double on a 0.15% price move. That is arithmetic, not a bug. To keep it usable the shown minimum is damped: it rises immediately when the market moves against you (a higher floor only ever protects you from a decline) but drifts down slowly, and it includes a safety margin so entering the shown amount clears the maker’s gate even when your price feed and theirs differ slightly. Bigger offers with wider margins have calmer minimums.
How long does a swap take?
The Nano side is near-instant. The Monero side needs about 10 confirmations (~20 minutes) before it is spendable — that is Monero consensus, and the wait is narrated with a live progress bar. Some makers offer the instant tier: they release your XNO after only ~2 confirmations (~4 minutes) and carry the early-release risk themselves, priced into their spread — you see it plainly on the accept and your safety is unchanged.
How is this different from an exchange?
An exchange holds your coins, it can freeze them, lose them, or demand your ID. Here nothing is ever custodied: the two coins settle directly against each other on-chain, so there's no company standing between you and your funds.
What is the ⚡ instant tier?
Normally the XNO you buy becomes claimable only after your Monero lock has 10 confirmations (~20 min). A maker running the AI Cashier can promise, inside its cryptographically signed accept, to release after just ~2 confirmations (~4 min). The maker alone carries the small chain-reorganisation risk beyond that depth — it is a business decision priced into their spread and capped per fill. Your safety never changes on any tier, and the promise cannot be forged or altered: it is bound into the maker’s signature.
Can I automate my swaps?
Yes — limit orders, right in the browser. Under the swap panel, set a target price and amount, fill your receive address, and press Arm. Keep the tab open with the wallet unlocked and the page takes a live offer the moment it meets your target — through exactly the same protections as a manual take. It executes once, then disarms, and it never re-arms itself after a reload: spending always requires a fresh click.
How does a swap actually happen?
You take a live offer; your browser and the maker’s co-sign the settlement over an encrypted relay, each holding only its own key share. The maker’s acceptance is signed by the on-chain account that posted the offer — including its price reference and any instant-tier promise — so an impostor cannot slip into the middle. Nobody, not us and not the other party, can move your coins without your half of the signature.
Can I recover my wallet on another device?
Yes — back up both. Back up seed restores everything in this app on any device. For Monero in a different wallet (Cake, Feather), use Back up Monero key: this app derives Monero keys from your seed differently, so the seed alone will not find your Monero there — the spend key will. If you clear this site's data with no backup, the wallet is gone for good. Nobody, including us, can recover it for you.
Is my Monero privacy fully protected?
Largely, with one honest caveat. The swap is non-custodial and uses real ring signatures and decoys, and the Monero you buy goes straight to the external address you enter — use a fresh subaddress of your own wallet each time and your swaps stay unlinkable. The caveat is the small in-app wallet used to fund and operate swaps: it reuses one Monero address, so activity through it is linkable to itself. Keep it as working capital, not savings, and forward anything sensitive onward.
Is it audited? Should I use real money?
Honestly: not yet by an independent third party. The cryptography is backed by adversarial test suites, and the two-party refund and recovery paths have executed on real funds on-chain — money interrupted mid-swap came back, on both legs. The full happy-path settlement between two independent parties is being exercised now with small amounts. Treat this as an experiment, not a product, and only use what you would shrug off losing.
Which coins are supported?
Nano (XNO) and Monero (XMR) only, for now. More may be added later, the design is direction-agnostic.
Settings
This app has no servers of its own, it connects straight to the Nano and Monero networks through the connection points below. Working defaults are set up for you, so most people never need to open this. If you run your own connection, you can add it here.
Nano
Monero
Running your own Monero node is the strongest option — nothing about your wallet ever leaves your machine. Add it as http://127.0.0.1:18081; plain http to your own computer works even from this page. Start it with: monerod --rpc-access-control-origins '*'A public node must be https and allow browser access, otherwise the browser refuses the connection and it shows as offline.
Proof-of-work
Erase everything on this device
Wipes all data this app stored in this browser — your encrypted wallet, any beacon/offer identity, saved connections, and any swap in progress. This cannot be undone; make sure your backup seed is written down first, because there is no other copy. It does not touch coins already on-chain.
